Stay fit, prevent falls, and engage with your peers! This small size group class, developed and led by a certified physiotherapist and vestibular therapist, focuses on maintaining function in older adults. Multi-class passes are available at a discounted price.

Ashley completed her undergraduate degree in Honours Physiology at the University of Alberta in 2006 and graduated from the Master of Science in Physical Therapy program in 2009. She has done extensive post-graduate schooling in manual therapy and has a particular interest in treating dizziness and concussion clients. Kerri grew up in Yellowknife, NWT. She graduated from the University of Alberta in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. Kerri has a special interest in the rehabilitation of individuals with Temporomandibular Joint Disfunction (TMD). James graduated from the University of Alberta in 2024 with a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy (MScPT). He was inspired to become a Physiotherapist after being a patient in his youth and from seeing his climbing partners repeatedly getting injured. Prior to graduate school, James graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Health Sciences (BHSc Hon.). He worked as an instructor with the Calgary Climbing Centre for many years, teaching the ropes to youth groups, adults, and new staff members. James is excited to work with Edmonton climbers and help them get back on the wall.

Alex was born and raised in Belarus, and moved to Canada in 2008. He graduated from Makami College as a Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist (ACMT) in 2022. He has a wide range of knowledge on sport related conditions and various injuries, providing the education patients need in order to decrease pain and improve function. His therapeutic techniques include: Deep Tissue Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Swedish Massage, Cupping, Lymphatic drainage, Prenatal Massage, Sport, MVA, and Joint Mobilization. Kate completed the MScPT program at the University of Alberta in November 2024, and she is thrilled to be joining the team at Corona Station Physical Therapy! Kate is also a certified Pilates instructor and has been teaching since 2008. She is fascinated by the rehabilitative potential of Pilates, and will be furthering her Clinical Pilates training in 2025.

Working as a Physiotherapist has been a goal of Kate’s since she sustained a major knee injury in the final year of her dance program. Rehabilitation allowed her to return to dancing, and she has now had a professional dance career for 17 years (and counting!)
